Warranty and Return Terms

1. Lighters and Accessories:

• All premium lighters (S.T. Dupont, Zippo) purchased from our store carry the official manufacturer's warranty.

• Zippo lighters are covered by the manufacturer's "Lifetime Warranty."

• The warranty covers only manufacturing defects. Physical damage or malfunctions resulting from improper use are not covered.

2. Tobacco, Snus, and Alcohol:

• In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and hygiene standards, tobacco products, snus pouches, and alcoholic beverages cannot be returned or exchanged once opened (or if the excise stamp is damaged).

• In case of a visible factory defect in the packaging, an exchange may be requested at the time of purchase.

3. Requests:

• If you experience any issues within the warranty period, please contact our branches with your receipt.
